Bold Commerce is a Winnipeg based tech company that has been named to Startup 50's ranking of Canada's Top New Growth Companies by Canadian Business and PROFIT.
Bold specializes in eCommerce websites & app development. Bold is a stress-free, casual and fun work environment where you get stuff done! In fact, if you’re looking for your next 9-5 job, Bold is probably not for you. They encourage and welcome innovative ideas and reward people for hard work by offering competitive salaries, health and dental benefits, stock options, free daily lunches, an onsite gym, staff parties, beer on tap, and so much more.
While Bold develops its apps primarily for the Shopify platform, it also offers other services such as eCommerce website development/maintenance and social media through its Managed Services division. Bold Managed Services works with clients such as NFL star Rob Gronkowski, NHL star Pavel Datsyuk, and fortune 500 companies such as Zippo, Time Life, Microsoft, Cirque du Soleil, theChive, Procter & Gamble, and others.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR THIS ROLE:
Are you a problem solver? Do you have some experience with development? Do you like to think on your feet? Are you friendly? Do you enjoy chatting with new people every day?
Client Success Specialists are members of the apps team. Whether it’s over the phone, via live online chat, or even on a video call, they go one-on-one with their clients, helping them to install the apps in their eCommerce stores, troubleshooting technical issues, answering pre-sales questions, and guiding them through the user experience so they fully understand how the apps work. Because a merchant’s problem or request might not always have a straightforward solution, the Client Success Specialist team members need to be able to think on their feet to come up with innovative and new ideas for how to make things happen.
Serving clients whenever they might need help is incredibly important. That’s why the team needs to be flexible and available to work evening and weekends. In preparation for Fall 2017 and the expansion of service hours, Bold is opening up the applicant process to those that are interested in working part time in the Fall of 2017 and are available for a full time 3 week training period in August.
The Client Success team is the face of the company. You will be representing Bold as the front line staff, ensuring they remain an industry leader in client care.
If you have an enthusiastic ambition to help people and turn every experience into a positive one, if you’re organized and on the ball, if you consider yourself technically inclined, if you want to be part of a fun and energetic team, and if you hate wearing a tie or working in a cubicle, then you might be a good fit for Bold.
